What does this app do?

Health Appointment Tracker helps you keep track of your medical appointments and reminds you when you're due for your next visit. Based on your age and gender, the app recommends common appointment types and intervals, and you can also add specialty appointments to track.

How are recommended appointments determined?

When you set up your profile, the app uses your age and gender to suggest a set of core appointments that are generally recommended for someone with your profile. These are general guidelines only — always follow your doctor's specific advice for your health needs.

Can I customize the appointment intervals?

Yes. You can adjust the interval for any appointment type in Settings. Tap the interval next to an appointment to choose a preset (weekly or monthly options) or enter a custom interval.

Where is my data stored?

All of your health appointment data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to a server or cloud service. If you delete the app, your data is permanently removed.

How do notifications work?

The app can send you reminders before an appointment is due (3 months, 2 months, 1 month, 2 weeks, or 1 week before). You can also enable weekly or monthly reminders once an appointment is overdue. All notification settings are configurable in Settings.

Why does the app ask to track my activity?

Health Appointment Tracker uses Google AdMob to display ads. The tracking permission allows AdMob to show you more relevant ads. You can decline this permission and still use the app normally — you will simply see non-personalized ads instead.

How do I reset my data?

Go to Settings and tap "Reset Profile" at the bottom. This will clear all of your data, including your profile, appointment types, and logged appointments. You will be taken back to the onboarding screen to start fresh.
