Privacy Policy

Health Appointment Tracker ("the App") is developed by Clearpath Labs. This privacy policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.

Information the App Stores on Your Device

The App allows you to log medical appointments and track when they are due. You also provide basic profile information (gender and date of birth) so the App can recommend appropriate appointment types. All data you enter — including your profile, appointment history, and preferences — is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party. If you delete the App, this data is permanently removed.

Information Collected by Third Parties

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect certain information automatically to serve personalized ads, including:

• Device identifiers — such as the advertising identifier (IDFA) on iOS
• Product interaction data — such as app launch events and screen views
• Advertising data — such as ads viewed and interactions with ads
• Other usage data — such as app session duration and general engagement metrics

This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. The App itself does not have access to, store, or transmit this data independently of Google's SDK.

Personalized Advertising

By default, AdMob may use the information described above to serve ads that are relevant to your interests. When you first open the App, you will be asked for your consent to personalized advertising through a consent dialog. You may decline, in which case you will see non-personalized ads that are not based on your usage or interests.

On iOS, you may also control ad personalization through your device settings under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. If you disable tracking, the App will not request your advertising identifier.

Health Information

The App stores basic profile information (gender and date of birth) and appointment dates locally on your device solely to provide its reminder functionality. This information is never transmitted, shared, or made accessible to any third party. The App does not collect, store, or transmit any medical records, diagnoses, treatment information, or other protected health information.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 16 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App requires users to be at least 16 years of age to create a profile. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Data Retention

Because all user-entered data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can reset your data at any time through the App's Settings, or delete all data by deleting the App. For information about how Google retains data collected through AdMob, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
